Ms Bashir is a partner at Banwo and Ighodalo, one of Nigeria’s leading law firms. She has extensive experience in dealings with government and a regulatory agency located in the FCT, and maintains a good relationship with them. She heads the firm’s corporate office in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, and is thoroughly committed to ensuring that clients’ expectations are met. Since she joined the Firm, Toyin has been involved in several of the firm’s commercial transactions.
She earned her law degree from the University of Lagos (LL.B) before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School. She is an expert in corporate and commercial law, where she has shown great understanding of issues concerning restructuring, insolvency, legal advisory, company secretarial and regulatory compliance. Ms Bashir is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Association for Women’s Rights in Development
